Work Scope
HVAC Mechanics will be working on a downtown high-rise apartment building, focused primarily on ductwork installation.

Duties include:

• Hanging residential ductwork in a high-rise environment

• Installing hangers and supports

• Working from prints and jobsite direction

• Coordinating with other trades on a multi-story project

• Maintaining quality workmanship and jobsite cleanliness

• Following all site safety requirements

Residential HVAC Mechanic Requirements

• Residential HVAC experience required

• Experience working in multi-story or high-rise buildings preferred

• Ability to read and interpret prints

• Must have own hand tools

• OSHA 10 REQUIRED

• Background check required

• Drug test required

• Standard PPE required (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, hi-vis vest, steel-toe boots)

• Reliable transportation required

• Strong work ethic and professional attitude
