Work Scope
HVAC Mechanics will be working across various commercial jobs throughout the Louisville, KY area, with a primary focus on ductwork fabrication and installation.

Duties include:

• Fabricating, installing, and hanging ductwork (rectangular, spiral, and round)

• Installing VAV boxes, dampers, fire/smoke dampers, diffusers, and grilles

• Reading mechanical drawings and laying out duct runs

• Using lifts, lasers, and levels for accurate installation

• Working with sheet metal hand tools

• Coordinating with other trades and maintaining jobsite cleanliness

Commercial HVAC Mechanic Requirements

• Commercial HVAC experience required

• Strong experience with duct fabrication and installation

• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings

• Comfortable working from lifts and using layout tools

• Journeyman license a big plus (not required)

• Must bring all required HVAC/sheet metal hand tools

• Must have ALL PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, hi-vis vest, work boots)

• Must be able to pass any required background checks or drug screenings

• Reliable transportation required

• Professional attitude and strong work ethic
