Work Scope
The Electrical Foreman will be responsible for running the job site, coordinating manpower, and remaining productive in the field.

Duties include:

• Running the job and lining up electricians and top helpers

• Installing and bending conduit

• Leading conduit installation and rough-in work

• Reading and working directly from blueprints

• Assigning daily tasks and maintaining workflow

• Ensuring quality workmanship, safety compliance, and productivity

• Coordinating with supervisors and other trades

Commercial Electrical Foreman Requirements

• Previous commercial electrical foreman experience REQUIRED

• Strong ability to run and bend conduit

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints

• Experience leading electricians and top helpers

• Must bring all required electrical hand tools

• Must have ALL PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, hi-vis vest, work boots)

• Must be able to pass any required background checks or drug screenings

• Reliable transportation required

• Strong leadership skills and professional attitude
