Competitive, based on experience
Target compensation around $72,000/year

Work Scope
The Electrical Foreman will lead and supervise crews on commercial and industrial electrical projects throughout the Fort Myers area.

Responsibilities include:

• Supervising and leading crews on commercial and industrial electrical projects

• Planning daily work activities and coordinating manpower, materials, and equipment

• Reading and interpreting blueprints, specifications, and schedules

• Ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and up to code

• Coordinating with project managers, inspectors, and other trades

• Maintaining jobsite safety standards and enforcing company policies

• Training and mentoring electricians and apprentices

• Tracking productivity and reporting job progress from the field

Commercial Electrical Foreman Requirements

• 5+ years of commercial/industrial electrical experience required

• Previous foreman or lead electrician experience

• Strong knowledge of NEC and local electrical codes

• Ability to read blueprints and electrical schematics

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

• IBEW background preferred

• Must bring all required electrical hand tools

• Must have ALL PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, hi-vis vest, work boots)

• Must be able to pass any required background checks or drug screenings

• Reliable transportation required
