Work Scope
HVAC Mechanics will be working on commercial projects in Greensboro, NC, primarily involving rooftop and full duct installation work.

Duties include:

• Cutting steel on the roof

• Cutting through existing roofing as required

• Installing new HVAC drops

• Setting a new HVAC unit

• Running all new ductwork

• Working independently from prints and jobsite direction

• Ensuring quality workmanship and proper installation

Commercial HVAC Mechanic Requirements

• Strong commercial HVAC experience required

• Proven experience with rooftop work and duct installation

• Ability to work independently and know what needs to be done

• Ability to read and follow prints

• Must bring all required HVAC tools

• ALL PPE required (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, hi-vis vest, work boots)

• Must be able to pass any required background checks or drug screenings

• Reliable transportation required

• Professional attitude and strong work ethic
