Work Scope
Operators will be working on commercial projects in Tampa, FL, focused on excavation for plumbing pipe installation.

Duties include:

• Digging trenches and excavations for plumbing pipe

• Operating mini excavators

• Operating skid loaders / skid steers

• Working safely around existing utilities and structures

• Following jobsite direction and safety protocols

• Maintaining equipment awareness and jobsite cleanliness

Commercial Heavy Equipment Operator Requirements

• Commercial heavy equipment operating experience required

• Experience operating mini excavators and skid loaders

• Strong understanding of jobsite safety practices

• OSHA 10 required

• Digging / excavation safety training a plus

• Ability to follow direction and work with other trades

• Must bring basic PPE

• Must have ALL PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, hi-vis vest, work boots)

• Must be able to pass any required background checks or drug screenings

• Reliable transportation required

• Professional attitude and strong work ethic
