CCS Construction Staffing is seeking Licensed Commercial Journeyman Plumbers for commercial projects based out of Dallas, TX, with work across multiple North Texas locations. This role is for highly experienced plumbers who can take ownership of their scope and work independently without being babysat.

Work Scope
Plumbers will be working on multiple commercial projects throughout Dallas, McKinney, Fort Worth, Irving, Joshua, and Eagle Pass. This role requires well-rounded journeyman plumbers who understand commercial plumbing from start to finish and can be trusted to run portions of the job independently.

Duties include:

• Performing full-scope commercial plumbing from underground and slab work through punch list

• Installing, repairing, and servicing commercial plumbing systems

• Working from prints and jobsite direction with minimal supervision

• Taking ownership of assigned portions of the project

• Assisting with coordination and layout as needed

Commercial Plumber Requirements

• Licensed Journeyman Plumber required

• Strong commercial plumbing experience across all phases (underground, rough-in, trim, punch)

• Ability to work independently without constant supervision

• English speaking required (bilingual a plus)

• Welding ability is a huge plus

• Must have all basic plumbing hand tools

• Certified to use specialty tools is a plus

• Ability to operate mini-excavators, backhoes, or skid steers is a plus

• Willing and able to travel between multiple project locations

• ALL PPE required (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, hi-vis vest, work boots)

• Must be able to pass any required background checks or drug screenings

• Reliable transportation required

• Professional attitude and strong work ethic
