Job Summary

CCS Construction Staffing is hiring Electrical Foremen for immediate openings in the DFW area. Qualified candidates will lead electrical crews on commercial construction projects while ensuring safety, productivity, and quality standards are maintained.

Scope of Work

• Lead electrical crews on construction projects
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Coordinate daily work activities on the jobsite
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and standards
• Maintain project quality and productivity goals
• Communicate with project managers, superintendents, and field personnel

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of electrical experience
• Active Texas TDLR Electrical License required
• Must complete Ladder Safety and Fall Protection Training (provided by CCS)
• Ability to lead and manage small to large crews
• Proper PPE required
• Must have hand tools and power tools
• Lift certification required
