Work Scope

Mechanics will be working on commercial HVAC projects in Midland, TX.

Duties include:

• Moving materials as needed on site

• Sheet metal installation

• Sheet metal fabrication

• Assisting with duct layout and assembly

• Measuring, cutting, and installing duct systems

• Maintaining productivity and jobsite safety standards

Commercial HVAC Sheet Metal Mechanic Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of commercial HVAC/sheet metal experience REQUIRED

• Experience with duct installation and basic fabrication

• Ability to follow prints and field direction

• Must bring required sheet metal hand tools

• Must have ALL PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, hi-vis vest, work boots)

• Must be able to pass any required background checks or drug screenings

• Reliable transportation required

• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
