Work Scope

Laborers will be working on commercial projects in Pompano Beach, FL.

Duties include:

• Digging trenches and assisting with site excavation

• Assisting skilled trades as needed

• Moving materials and general site cleanup

• Supporting crews to maintain productivity

• Maintaining jobsite safety standards

General Laborer Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of construction experience preferred

• Comfortable performing digging and physical labor

• No JLA required

• Spanish speakers welcome

• Must have ALL PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, hi-vis vest, work boots)

• Must be able to pass any required background checks or drug screenings

• Reliable transportation required

• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
