CCS Construction Staffing is hiring experienced Duct Installers for a long-term commercial project in Louisville, Kentucky.

Applicants must have related duct installation experience. CCS does not hire helpers or entry level workers without hands-on field experience.

This project is a four floor remodel featuring metal duct installation and seven split systems. The contractor has a steady backlog of work and plans to keep reliable installers working as the project progresses. A license is not required for this role, though holding one is a plus.

What you will be doing
Installing and hanging metal duct work
Working with split system installations
Reading layout drawings and coordinating with the crew
Maintaining jobsite safety and productivity standards

What we are looking for
Proven experience as a duct installer
Ability to work a full 40 hour work week
Team focused mindset on active commercial jobsites
Drug free and ready to work each day
Only skilled tradesmen should apply
