Work Scope
The crew will be working on a commercial street mall project in Winston-Salem, NC, installing storm piping.

Duties include:
• Digging holes for storm piping installation
• Operating excavators, skid steers, backhoes, and bobcats
• One operator acting as foreman operator, overseeing production and safety
• One operator dedicated to digging holes
• One operator responsible for moving and placing concrete storm pipe
• Helpers setting concrete piping into the ground
• Coordinating as a crew to maintain efficiency and safety
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and professional jobsite

Commercial Heavy Equipment Operator Requirements
• Minimum 5 years of heavy equipment operating experience
• Proven experience operating excavators, skid steers, backhoes, and similar equipment
• One operator must have foreman or lead operator experience
• Ability to read site plans and coordinate underground work
• Must bring required PPE
• Must be able to pass any required background checks or drug screenings
• Reliable transportation required
• Strong leadership and communication skills (foreman operator)

Commercial Heavy Equipment Helper Requirements
• Minimum 2 years of construction or underground experience
• Experience assisting with pipe setting and underground utility work
• Ability to work safely around heavy equipment
• Must bring required PPE
• Reliable transportation required
• Strong work ethic and ability to follow direction
