Work Scope
Electricians will be working on commercial electrical projects in Jacksonville, FL, serving in foreman-level roles while actively working in the field.

Duties include:
• Leading crews of 5–6 electricians
• Working hands-on alongside the crew
• Assigning tasks and managing daily workflow
• Running conduit, pulling wire, and installing fixtures as needed
• Reading and working from blueprints
• Ensuring productivity, safety, and quality standards are met
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and professional jobsite

Commercial Electrician Requirements
• Proven commercial foreman or lead electrician experience
• Ability to lead and manage crews of 5–6
• Strong hands-on commercial electrical skills
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Must have all required electrical tools
• ALL PPE required (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, hi-vis vest, work boots)
• Must be able to pass any required background checks or drug screenings
• Reliable transportation required
• Professional attitude and strong leadership skills
