CCS Construction Staffing is actively hiring a Commercial Plumber for a project in Seguin, TX. This is a lead role where you will be working alongside and directing a crew of apprentices while handling full commercial plumbing installs.

We are looking for a strong plumber who can read prints, lead apprentices, and handle real-world layout scenarios—including code-based installations and ADA requirements.

Work Scope Includes

• Leading and working alongside a crew of apprentice plumbers
• Performing commercial plumbing installation from rough-in to trim-out
• Reading and interpreting plumbing blueprints and layouts
• Installing piping systems and fixtures
• Laying out restroom plumbing systems (including ADA compliance)
• Ensuring proper measurements, heights, and code requirements
• Using hand tools and power tools for pipe installation and assembly

Requirements

• TDLR Plumbing License REQUIRED (Journeyman or Apprentice)
• Ability to lead and train apprentice plumbers
• Strong commercial plumbing experience
• Knowledge of ADA restroom layouts and code requirements
• Ability to perform layout from prints and jobsite conditions
• Operator experience is a plus
• Must bring basic hand tools, drill, band saw, and power tools
• Must be able to pass a hands-on interview (mock restroom layout)
• Reliable transportation required
• Strong communication and leadership skills
