What You’ll Be Doing

Commercial Construction Laborers will be working on an active commercial job site in Huntersville, NC, assisting with a variety of tasks, including:

• General construction labor duties
• Assisting with painting and surface preparation
• Masking, rolling, brushing, and basic touch-up painting
• Jobsite cleanup and material handling
• Assisting skilled trades as needed
• Following site safety rules and instructions from supervisors
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and professional work area

Overtime and weekend work may be required based on project needs.

What We’re Looking For

• Prior commercial construction labor experience preferred
• Painting experience required
• Must be able to pass a clean background check
• Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team
• Must bring basic hand tools and full PPE
• Reliable transportation
• Strong work ethic and safety-first mindset

This is not an entry-level role. Candidates should have previous construction experience and be ready to work.
