Work Scope Includes

Commercial Electricians will be performing lighting retrofit work, including:

• Retrofitting 2x4 fixtures in ceiling grid systems
• Converting 6-inch fluorescent recessed fixtures to LED
• Removing existing fixtures and installing new LED components
• Making clean, code-compliant electrical connections and terminations
• Working efficiently in ceiling grids and finished spaces
• Following project specs, NEC standards, and safety procedures
• Maintaining a clean, professional jobsite

Important Site Requirements

• Workers are subject to background checks at any time
• Background does not need to be perfect, but must be relatively clean
• Workers are subject to random searches while on site
• All electricians must follow site rules and security procedures

Requirements for Commercial Electricians

• 4+ years of commercial electrical experience
• Prior experience with lighting retrofits strongly preferred
• Ability to work independently while coordinating with a small crew
• Must bring electrical hand tools and full PPE
(hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, hi-vis vest, work boots)
• Reliable transportation required
• Professional attitude, attention to detail, and strong work ethic
