CCS Construction Staffing is hiring Lead Plumbers, Journeyman Plumbers, and Apprentice Plumbers for an active commercial project in Denton, TX at the University of North Texas (UNT).
This is a solid opportunity for plumbers at multiple levels to work on a structured commercial jobsite with steady work and clear expectations.

The client is specifically seeking one Lead-level plumber (Journeyman-level acceptable) who is capable of running the crew and comfortable using Procore to manage daily work and documentation.

Work Scope Includes

All plumbing levels will be supporting commercial plumbing installation, including:

• Installing and laying PVC piping
• Setting plumbing fixtures
• Reading and working from blueprints
• Assisting with rough-in and general plumbing tasks
• Maintaining jobsite cleanliness and safety
• Working on an active university campus

Lead Plumber Responsibilities

• Run day-to-day crew activities on site
• Coordinate work flow and production
• Use Procore to track tasks, drawings, and documentation
• Communicate with site supervision and CCS
• Ensure work is completed correctly, safely, and on schedule

A strong Journeyman with Procore experience will be considered for the Lead role.

Site Requirement – IMPORTANT

UNT requires ALL plumbers to carry their Apprentice or Journeyman card on site at all times.
Failure to have proper credentials on hand may result in removal from the jobsite.

Requirements by Level

Lead / Journeyman Plumber

• Commercial plumbing experience required
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Experience laying PVC and setting fixtures
• Procore experience strongly preferred (required for Lead)
• Must bring plumbing hand tools and full PPE
• Reliable transportation

Apprentice Plumber

• Prior plumbing or construction experience preferred
• Willingness to learn and take direction
• Comfortable assisting with PVC installs and fixture setting
• Must bring basic tools and full PPE
• Reliable transportation
