Work Scope:
Plumbers with equipment experience will be working on a commercial project in Mansfield, TX. The project is beginning with underground work and will transition into full ground-up plumbing installation as construction progresses.

Responsibilities include:
• Assisting with underground plumbing work at the start of the project
• Operating Mini Excavators and Skid Steers for trenching and underground preparation
• Installing underground piping systems per plans
• Transitioning to ground-up commercial plumbing work as the project advances
• Working with common commercial plumbing materials (PVC, copper, cast iron, etc.)
• Reading and interpreting plumbing drawings and layout instructions
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and professional jobsite at all times

Must have both commercial plumbing experience and heavy equipment operation skills.

Plumber Requirements:
• 3–5+ years of commercial plumbing experience
• Experience operating Mini Ex and Skid Steer (required)
• Underground plumbing experience strongly preferred
• Ability to read and follow plumbing drawings and layouts
• Must provide own plumbing hand tools and PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, hi-vis vest, work boots)
• Must pass any required background checks or drug screenings
• Must have reliable transportation
• Strong craftsmanship, safety awareness, and professionalism
