Work Scope:
Operators will be working on a new hotel project in Indianapolis, IN, serving as a buckhoist operator. Candidates may also be sent to other nearby projects as needed.

Responsibilities include:
• Operating a buckhoist to safely transport workers and materials
• Following site plans, direction, and strict safety protocols
• Performing basic daily equipment checks
• Coordinating with site supervisors and trades
• Assisting with other site tasks when not operating the hoist

Familiarity with operating a buckhoist is preferred.

Heavy Equipment Operator Requirements:
• 2–3+ years of operating experience (buckhoist experience strongly preferred)
• Must be comfortable operating hoisting/lift equipment on commercial projects
• Ability to follow site safety procedures at all times
• Must provide PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, hi-vis vest, work boots)
• Must pass any required background checks or drug screenings
• Must have reliable transportation
• Strong communication, awareness, and professionalism
