Work Scope Includes
• Installing and assembling commercial HVAC systems
• Running, hanging, and assembling sheet metal and flex ductwork
• Setting HVAC equipment and preparing systems for startup
• Assisting with layout, hangers, and system routing
• Reading and interpreting HVAC prints and mechanical drawings
• Ensuring all work meets code, quality standards, and site safety procedures

Requirements for HVAC Mechanics & Helpers
• HVAC Mechanics: 5+ years of commercial HVAC experience
• HVAC Helpers: 1–2+ years of commercial HVAC experience
• Skilled in duct installation and HVAC system setup
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings (for Mechanics)
• Must bring hand tools and full PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, hi-vis vest, work boots)
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must pass any required background checks or drug screenings
• Strong focus on safety, productivity, and professionalism
