CCS Construction Staffing is seeking an experienced HVAC Superintendent for a direct-hire opportunity with a top mechanical contractor. This role is ideal for a high-level leader with proven success running large commercial and institutional projects—including schools, hospitals, and data centers. Position Overview:

The HVAC Superintendent will oversee 50+ field personnel, ensuring project execution meets quality, schedule, and safety standards. You will be the on-site leader coordinating manpower, materials, subcontractors, schedules, and daily operations while serving as the primary liaison with the General Contractor.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and coordinate large field teams (50+ workers) across multiple phases of HVAC construction

• Oversee installation, workflow, manpower planning, and daily project execution

• Communicate directly with the GC, project managers, and client representatives

• Review project plans, specs, and schedules to ensure all milestones are met

• Manage material orders, equipment logistics, and delivery schedules

• Monitor productivity, safety, and quality standards

• Resolve on-site issues, conflicts, and changes in real time

• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget

Job Requirements:

• Extensive HVAC experience with proven success running large-scale commercial projects

• Experience overseeing 50+ field workers—not small crews

• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to coordinate with GCs, trade partners, and internal teams

• Strong understanding of project planning, workflow, and material management

• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
