Work Scope:
Commercial Journeyman Plumbers will be working on a commercial school project in Wesley Chapel, FL.
This position involves all phases of plumbing installation for educational facilities, from underground to top-out and finish. Candidates should be experienced with multiple piping systems and able to work independently while maintaining a focus on precision, safety, and code compliance.

Responsibilities include:
• Installing and assembling plumbing systems for a school construction project
• Performing layout, measuring, and installation of water, drain, and vent lines
• Working with PVC, copper, and cast-iron systems
• Setting fixtures, pumps, and water heaters according to specifications
• Reading and interpreting plumbing blueprints and schematics
• Ensuring all work meets plumbing code, safety standards, and quality requirements

Journeyman Plumber Requirements:
• Minimum 5+ years of commercial plumbing experience
• Skilled in layout, installation, and finish work on commercial plumbing systems
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and plumbing layouts
• Must provide own plumbing hand tools and PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, hi-vis vest, work boots)
• Must pass any required background checks or drug screenings
• Must have reliable transportation to and from the jobsite
• Strong focus on safety, quality, and professionalism
