Work Scope:
We are seeking a Commercial Electrical Foreman to lead low-voltage installation projects throughout Dayton, Cincinnati, and Columbus.
This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for the installation, supervision, and successful completion of fire alarm and low-voltage systems. The ideal candidate is motivated, detail-oriented, and experienced in commercial environments, with a proven track record of leading crews safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities include:
• Overseeing and participating in the installation of fire alarm and low-voltage systems
• Managing crews and coordinating project workflow to ensure timely completion
• Reading and interpreting blueprints, electrical drawings, and technical specifications
• Ensuring compliance with NEC, NFPA, and all site safety standards
• Troubleshooting system issues and ensuring proper system functionality
• Traveling regularly between Dayton, Cincinnati, and Columbus as projects require

Foreman Requirements:
• Minimum 5+ years of commercial electrical experience (low-voltage focus preferred)
• Proven experience as a Foreman or Lead Electrician on low-voltage or fire alarm projects
• Must hold a valid Ohio Fire Alarm License
• Must have OSHA 30 certification
• Must have First Aid/CPR certification
• Skilled in blueprint reading, project coordination, and system troubleshooting
• Must provide own hand tools and PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, hi-vis vest, work boots)
• Must pass any required background checks or drug screenings
• Must have reliable transportation and be willing to travel between project sites
• Strong focus on leadership, organization, and professionalism
