About the Job

This is a long-term, full-time position overseeing crews on large-scale concrete silo projects. The Concrete Foreman will be responsible for managing daily operations on site, ensuring quality, productivity, and safety compliance. You’ll work closely with project management to meet schedules and maintain high standards of workmanship.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead a crew of concrete workers on silo and structural projects

• Coordinate concrete pours, formwork, finishing, and placement of rebar

• Read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings

• Ensure jobsite safety, compliance, and productivity

• Communicate daily with project managers and general contractors

• Oversee equipment usage, materials, and manpower

Requirements:

• 5+ years of hands-on concrete construction experience

• 2+ years of foreman or crew lead experience preferred

• Ability to read blueprints and manage schedules

• Experience with concrete silos or industrial concrete work a plus

• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally between job sites

• Must be able to commit to a 40-hour work week and stay drug-free on site
