Job Overview:
CCS Construction Staffing is hiring Construction Laborers for a commercial project in Auburn, IN. Candidates must be dependable, safety-focused, and ready to assist with a variety of on-site tasks supporting skilled tradesmen and project supervisors.

Work Scope Includes:

• Assisting with material handling and cleanup

• Moving tools, supplies, and equipment around the jobsite

• Supporting tradesmen with construction tasks as directed

• Performing site cleanup and debris removal

• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area

• Following all site and company safety procedures

Requirements:

• Some construction or general labor experience preferred

• Must have strong work ethic and ability to take direction

• Must have own PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, hi-vis vest, work boots)

• Must be dependable, punctual, and safety-conscious

• Must be able to perform physical labor outdoors and indoors as needed

• Reliable transportation required

• Background check and drug test required before start
