Job Overview:
CCS Construction Staffing is hiring Heavy Equipment Operators and Experienced Plumbers for a school project in Sandy Springs, GA. Work will primarily focus on underground installation and site preparation. Candidates must be dependable, safety-focused, and capable of supporting ground-up school construction.

Work Scope Includes:

• Operating heavy equipment for trenching and underground work

• Installing underground PVC and copper piping systems

• Setting hangers, supports, and fixtures as needed

• Assisting with rough-in and top-out plumbing phases

• Reading and interpreting blueprints

• Supporting plumbing crews on an active school construction project

• Following all site safety requirements

Requirements:

• Heavy Equipment Operators: proven experience with trenchers, excavators, or similar equipment

• Plumbers: proven commercial plumbing experience with underground work (PVC, copper, fixtures)

• Must have own tools (plumbers) and standard PPE (all workers)

• Ability to read and interpret prints a plus

• Reliable transportation

• Background check and drug test required before start
