CCS Construction Staffing is hiring HVAC Duct Install Mechanics for a long-term commercial project at a nursing home in Madison, OH. Only applicants within a 50-mile radius will be considered. This position requires proven experience with hanging and sealing ductwork, reading layouts, and assisting with the setup of light commercial HVAC systems. Candidates must be dependable, safety-focused, and ready to work 40+ hours per week.

Work Scope Includes

• Installing rectangular and spiral ductwork overhead

• Reading and interpreting prints or mechanical layout drawings

• Hanging, insulating, and sealing duct systems to specification

• Installing grilles, diffusers, and return air systems

• Supporting HVAC unit placement and final tie-ins

• Following safety procedures and maintaining jobsite cleanliness

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of HVAC sheet metal or duct installation experience

• Must bring own tools and full PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, hi-vis vest, steel-toe boots)

• Ability to read and follow mechanical drawings preferred

• Reliable transportation and commitment to consistent, full-time work

• Team-oriented, safety-conscious, and punctual
