Work Scope:
Journeyman HVAC Mechanics will be working on a commercial project in Lakeland, FL, supporting installation across multiple phases of the HVAC system.

Responsibilities include:
• Installing, hanging, and assembling sheet metal ductwork
• Performing various commercial HVAC tasks such as equipment setting, layout, and system installation
• Working with square, spiral, and flex duct
• Installing hangers, supports, and hardware
• Reading and interpreting HVAC drawings and mechanical layouts
• Ensuring all work meets project specifications, safety standards, and code compliance
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and professional jobsite

Candidates should have solid experience with ductwork installation and other commercial HVAC tasks.

Journeyman HVAC Mechanic Requirements:
• 4–5+ years of commercial HVAC installation experience
• Strong ductwork and sheet metal installation skills required
• Ability to read HVAC blueprints and follow layout instructions
• Must provide own HVAC tools and PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, hi-vis vest, steel-toe boots)
• Must pass any required background checks or drug screenings
• Must have reliable transportation
• Strong craftsmanship, safety awareness, and professionalism
