Job overview:
CCS Construction Staffing is hiring a skilled HVAC mechanic for commercial work in Tampa, FL. We’re looking for a technician who can operate independently, take initiative, and complete tasks with minimal supervision. Candidates should be comfortable with all phases of HVAC installation, particularly ductwork and system setup.

Work scope includes:

• Installing ductwork and HVAC systems in commercial buildings

• Reading blueprints and job layouts

• Operating independently to complete assigned tasks

• Maintaining a clean and safe jobsite

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of HVAC installation or mechanical experience

• Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision

• Own tools and full PPE required

• Strong understanding of HVAC systems and commercial layouts

• Reliable transportation and strong attendance record
