Now Hiring: Sheet Metal Technicians – Pensacola, FL (Commercial Project)

CCS Construction Staffing is actively seeking experienced Sheet Metal Technicians for a commercial project in Pensacola, FL. We’re looking for dependable professionals who can hit the ground running and perform high-quality HVAC ductwork installation with minimal supervision.

Scope of Work:

• Install square and spiral duct systems

• Read and interpret blueprints and layout drawings

• Perform takeoffs and layout for duct runs

• Use hand and power tools to cut, assemble, and secure sheet metal

• Assist with setting HVAC units and completing trim-out work

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of commercial HVAC or sheet metal experience

• Strong understanding of duct systems and installation practices

• Ability to work independently or as part of a team

• Must have basic hand tools and full PPE

• Reliable transportation

• Strong communication and work ethic

CCS does not offer on-the-job training. Only experienced and certified tradesmen will be considered.
