Job overview:
CCS Construction Staffing is hiring experienced sheet metal and HVAC technicians in Tallahassee, FL for commercial work focused on duct insulation. Candidates must be skilled in working with various duct types and applying insulation materials efficiently and safely. Immediate openings available for qualified tradespeople.

Work scope includes:

• Installing and insulating spiral and rectangular ductwork

• Wrapping duct with insulation materials and sealing joints

• Reading and following mechanical layouts and specifications

• Assisting with other HVAC-related installation tasks as needed

• Maintaining a safe, clean, and efficient worksite

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of HVAC or duct insulation experience

• Must have experience with both duct installation and insulation

• Must have own tools and full PPE (hard hat, vest, gloves, glasses, boots)

• Ability to work independently or as part of a crew

• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
