CCS Construction Staffing is seeking a skilled HVAC Mechanic with VRF Certification for a long-term project in Nashville, TN. This position plays a critical role in the planning, installation, and management of Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) HVAC systems for commercial and multifamily buildings.

We’re seeking HVAC professionals who can take ownership of their work, communicate well, and deliver top-level craftsmanship without supervision.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and install VRF HVAC systems according to plans and specs

• Interpret mechanical blueprints, specifications, and schematics

• Perform startups, diagnostics, and system maintenance

• Coordinate with contractors, project managers, and install teams

• Ensure jobsite safety and quality from start to finish

Requirements:

• Valid VRF Certification (required)

• Proven experience installing VRF HVAC systems in commercial or multi-unit settings

• Must have own tools and full PPE

• Reliable transportation

• Strong planning, problem-solving, and communication skills

• Able to work independently
