CCS Construction Staffing is now hiring HVAC Service Technicians and Apprentice Helpers for commercial work in Charlotte, NC. Service techs must be able to run calls and troubleshoot systems like chillers, boilers, refrigeration, and rooftop units. Apprentice-level candidates will focus on supporting maintenance contracts and building hands-on experience.

Service Technicians Must Have:

• Experience diagnosing and servicing boilers, chillers, rooftop units, and refrigeration systems

• EPA Certification (required for technician-level)

• Boiler/Chiller experience is a plus

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

• Ability to work independently on commercial job sites

Apprentice Helpers:

• Will assist with general maintenance contracts

• Focus on learning and supporting service techs

• Must be reliable and mechanically inclined

• Great opportunity to grow into a lead role

All Candidates Must:

• Have tools, full PPE, and reliable transportation

• Pass a background check and drug screen

• Commit to a 40-hour workweek
