CCS Construction Staffing is actively hiring a Commercial Electrical Foreman for a major commercial project in Charleston, SC. This position requires a hands-on leader who can install and manage electrical systems while coordinating a team to ensure safety, quality, and productivity on-site.

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise a team of electricians and apprentices on a commercial job site

• Coordinate daily crew tasks and ensure work is progressing according to schedule

• Read and interpret blueprints, layouts, and specifications

• Perform and oversee installation of conduit, wire pulls, terminations, panels, devices, and lighting

• Ensure adherence to NEC codes and site safety standards

• Act as the point of contact between the GC, site superintendent, and your crew

• Track materials, manage tool inventories, and troubleshoot installation challenges

• Participate in inspections and ensure punch list completion

Requirements:

• 5+ years of commercial electrical experience

• Previous experience as a foreman or lead electrician

• Must have tools, full PPE, and reliable transportation

• Strong communication and leadership skills

• Ability to manage jobsite timelines and coordinate subcontractors

• OSHA 10 is a plus
