CCS Construction Staffing is hiring experienced HVAC Sheet Metal Mechanics for a commercial project in Columbia Station, OH. We’re looking for dependable tradesmen who can install ductwork efficiently and safely, with a high standard of craftsmanship.

Job Responsibilities:

• Install various types of rectangular, round, and spiral ductwork

• Read and interpret mechanical drawings and blueprints

• Set hangers, anchor duct, and ensure proper airflow and sealing

• Work as part of a fast-paced team on a commercial job site

• Maintain safety and cleanliness on site at all times

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in HVAC duct and sheet metal installation

• Must have own hand tools and PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, boots, vest)

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs, work overhead, and climb ladders

• Strong knowledge of jobsite safety and duct layout interpretation

• Must be able to commit to a 40+ hour workweek, drug free, and on time daily
