CCS Construction Staffing is hiring reliable Construction Laborers for an exterior renovation and temporary fencing project in Springfield, SC. This job involves multiple scopes of hands-on work, including setting up temporary fencing, replacing tin on building exteriors, and light assembly using metal struts and all-thread. If you’re ready to work and have a good attitude, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

• Install temporary fencing around the property perimeter

• Replace tin panels and support building exterior refresh

• Assemble and connect metal struts using all-thread

• Support general jobsite setup and material movement

• Maintain clean, safe work areas and follow team direction

Requirements:

• Previous experience in construction, fencing, or general labor

• Bring basic hand tools if available (recommended)

• Must have full PPE and reliable transportation

• Ability to lift, move, and perform physical tasks

• Strong work ethic and ability to take direction
