Overview:
We are hiring for two complementary roles on our team:

• Journeyman Plumber: An experienced professional to lead installations, repairs, and mentor team members.
• Apprentice Plumber: An enthusiastic learner eager to develop skills through hands-on experience.

Responsibilities:

For Both Roles:

• Execute plumbing installations using block work construction and copper PVC piping.
• Adhere to strict safety standards and building regulations.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure project success.

Journeyman Plumber Specific:

• Install, repair, and maintain complex plumbing systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with precision.
• Lead on-site operations and mentor the apprentice.
• Ensure all projects meet our high-quality standards.

Apprentice Plumber Specific:

• Assist in installing and repairing plumbing systems.
• Gain practical experience in block work and copper PVC techniques.
• Follow guidance from senior team members to build essential skills.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

Qualifications:

Journeyman Plumber:

• Valid Journeyman Plumber license (or eligibility to obtain one in Georgia).
• Demonstrated experience in plumbing installations, particularly with block work and copper PVC.
• Strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Apprentice Plumber:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or coursework in plumbing is a plus.
• Basic understanding of plumbing tools and techniques.
• Eagerness to learn and develop in a hands-on environment.
• Reliable work ethic and commitment to safety.
