Plumber Superintendent

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Plumber Superintendent to oversee plumbing operations on commercial and industrial projects. This role ensures that all plumbing installations meet design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations while managing crews and coordinating with project stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage plumbing crews on job sites.
• Review blueprints, specifications, and submittals for compliance with project requirements.
• Schedule and coordinate plumbing activities to meet project timelines.
• Inspect installations for quality and adherence to codes and standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve plumbing issues during construction.
• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate progress to project managers.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and local regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 5+ years in plumbing, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; trade school or plumbing license preferred.
• Certifications: Texas Journeyman or Master Plumber License strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and installation practices.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with large-scale commercial or industrial projects.
• Familiarity with scheduling software and project management tools.
• Knowledge of local plumbing codes and regulations in Texas.
