Work Scope:

Commercial Electrician Top Helpers will be working on a commercial construction project in New Orleans, LA.
This position involves assisting journeyman electricians with day-to-day commercial electrical tasks.

Responsibilities include:
• Helping run and bend conduit
• Pulling wire and assisting with terminations
• Installing devices, lighting, and fixtures
• Supporting electricians with layout, material handling, and daily tasks
• Following electrical drawings and instructions under supervision
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment while following all site safety procedures

Candidates must have proven commercial electrical experience and arrive prepared with their own tools and PPE.

Electrician Top Helper Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3+ years of commercial electrical experience
• Skilled in conduit work, wire pulling, and fixture installation
• Ability to take direction and support journeyman electricians efficiently
• Must provide own electrical hand tools and PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, hi-vis vest, work boots)
• Must pass any required background checks or drug screenings
• Must have reliable transportation to and from the jobsite
• Strong focus on safety, teamwork, and reliability
