Job Overview:
CCS Construction Staffing is now hiring skilled HVAC Mechanics for commercial work in Land O' Lakes, FL. We’re looking for dependable professionals experienced in HVAC installation who are ready to hit the ground running on active job sites.

Work Scope Includes:

• Installing HVAC systems and components

• Hanging and sealing ductwork

• Reading and interpreting HVAC blueprints and layout drawings

• Assisting with equipment start-up and troubleshooting

• Maintaining clean, organized, and safe work areas

Requirements:

• Previous experience as an HVAC mechanic on commercial projects

• Must have all required hand tools and full PPE (hard hat, vest, gloves, safety glasses, boots)

• Ability to follow plans and instructions

• Reliable transportation and strong work ethic

• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
