Posted

We are happy to announce that CCS Construction has won the Best Places to Work award by the Charlotte Business Journal. CBJ’s Best Places to Work Awards is an event honoring outstanding companies whose benefits, policies and practices are among the area’s best. This is the first time we has received this award and we are proud that to know that our team is honored to call CCS Construction Staffing a great place to work.

The high-energy event was held last night and celebrated the nearly 70 companies whose benefits, policies, and culture are among the area’s best.

The CCS team was represented by Sr. Account Executive Jordan Elyasian.

CBJ critiqued companies not only on how fun the employees have but, also on community involvement. This year, CCS Construction Staffing volunteered building two homes for Habitat for Humanities, created a Scholarship fund for Entrepreneurship, and sponsored No Kid Hungry Fundraiser and Claire’s Army Golf tournament.

“We are proud to be recognized for all our hard work” said President Matt Telmanik. The team has worked so hard this year to achieve this recognition. CCS Construction Staffing is a fun company, “we like to take the team out to baseball and basketball games,” said Telmanik “we want to continue to make our employees happy.”

The event concluded with revealing the winner of the video competition.  Each company was given the opportunity to create a 30-second video clip to showcase how the company goes the extra mile to keep employees happy and engaged.  CCS’ spoof on their office practices won the Best Video for the 50 employees and under division.  Please watch our video that was produced locally by The Video Stewards.
