Charlotte, N.C. – On May 2, the CCS Construction Staffing team spent the day working with Habitat for Humanity.
“We decided to volunteer to help out our community” said Michelle Vera, Social Media Account Manager at CCS.
The CCS team was tasked to install the trim on two houses in the Charlotte area.
According to Habitat for Humanity, the Charlotte organization was established in 1938 and has helped more than 1,450 low-income families with affordable housing.
The CCS team chose Habitat for Humanity because of the close working relationship between the volunteers and the homeowners. “We wanted to spend time with our community and show them that we can achieve anything by working together” said Michelle.
