Our January Employee of the month is Turner Bowman! Turner is our Account Executive for Raleigh, NC. He was recognized by his coworkers as a hard worker, go-getter. Turner’s competitive nature, willingness to talk to others, and personal drive have made him an asset to our team.
Explain what do you do? “The best way to explain what I do is customer satisfaction. Along with maintaining good standing with all current Contractors, I am constantly trying to find new Contractors and to show them what CCS is really about.”
How would you describe yourself? “I would like to consider myself pretty outgoing. I try to not treat anyone differently and I rarely know a stranger. Life is too short to not interact as much as we can.”
If you could meet any historical figure, of the past or present, who would it be and why? “Coach Jim Valvano. He was a man of great inspiration and proved that no matter what the situation was, it was how you chose to deal with it.”
What is your greatest hope? “My greatest hope is that when I am near the end of my life, I can look back and be proud with what I have accomplished.”
In addition to being paid money, how else has your career created value in your life? “My career has helped me realize that you can truly be happy in a work environment. When I wake up it feels like I am living, not “going to work.”
Who was the biggest influence in your career? “My Wife. Without her I would have never been in this situation to start my job and to take the opportunity I was given.”
What do you like most about CCS? “The one thing I like most is the people I have met and the constant building of relationships; business and personal.”
